Cancellation & Refund Policy
Frontlines EduTech Private Limited ("Frontlines EduTech", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to maintaining clarity and transparency in all transactions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and related requests are handled for purchases made on https://upskill.frontlinesedutech.com ("Website"). Since most of our services and learning products are delivered digitally with immediate access, cancellations are generally not permitted. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. No Cancellations for Digital Products
All purchases of digital learning products are final and cannot be cancelled once the transaction is completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Online courses and learning modules
- Digital downloads, PDFs, notes, and recordings
- Assessments, test-series, assignments, and premium content
- Subscription-based plans (including recurring subscriptions)
- Live classes, webinars, workshops, and event enrollments
- Any other services or digital goods that provide immediate access
Once access is granted or content is delivered, cancellations are not accepted.
2. Exceptions – Refunds & Error Correction
Although cancellations are not accepted, Frontlines EduTech may issue a refund or corrective action under the following limited circumstances:
- Technical failure on our side that prevents the delivery of the purchased course/product for an extended period and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate payments for the same product/plan
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, confirmed after internal verification
- Refunds mandated under applicable law or regulatory requirements
If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us with complete details. All requests will undergo internal review, and refunds will be approved only if they fall under the above exceptions.
3. Refund Processing & Timelines
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment partner (such as Razorpay or any other authorized payment gateway) or via bank transfer. Estimated timelines (subject to your bank/payment provider):
- Net Banking: 2–3 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- UPI / Wallets: 2–7 business days
Please note:
- These timelines are indicative and depend entirely on your issuing bank or payment provider.
- Frontlines EduTech cannot control or accelerate bank-side processing times.
4. Live Classes, Workshops & Rescheduling
All enrollments for online live classes, workshops, or instructor-led sessions are final and non-refundable. However, at our discretion, Frontlines EduTech may:
- Reschedule a session and notify all enrolled learners
- Provide access to a recording of the session (if available)
- Offer an alternative batch or session, where feasible
Such arrangements do not entitle learners to cancellation or refund unless the case falls under Section 2.
5. Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
If a customer raises a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer:
- We will provide proof of purchase, access logs, and delivery records to the payment gateway and bank.
- Until the dispute is resolved, the learner's account or course access may be temporarily suspended.
- If the bank resolves the dispute in the customer's favor, we will follow the directions of the bank/payment processor.
- Deliberate misuse of chargebacks may result in permanent account restrictions.

We aim to acknowledge all valid refund requests within 3 business days and provide a resolution as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Compliance With Payment Partner & Regulatory Requirements
Frontlines EduTech maintains all required merchant policies including Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, as required by our payment partners and banking entities. Refund processing and dispute handling are subject to payment gateway and bank rules, and we will comply with all applicable laws.

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any significant updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required under applicable legislation.
